What this page covers
Azure Marketplace Guide helps IT teams prepare for a Smartflow deployment in the bank's Azure environment.
Before you start
- Your bank has an approved Azure subscription.
- A resource group or equivalent deployment area is available.
- Network, identity, certificate, and storage owners are named.
- Your procurement team has confirmed the Marketplace path.
Steps
- Confirm the Azure subscription that will host Smartflow.
- Confirm the resource group or landing zone.
- Confirm network access for users and identity-provider callbacks.
- Confirm storage that will hold uploaded documents and extracted data.
- Confirm certificate ownership.
- Confirm the identity provider and sign-in protocol.
- Start the Marketplace deployment with your Smartflow onboarding team.
- Complete tenant configuration.
- Configure roles and permissions.
- Run a small test workflow with approved sample documents.
- Confirm review, approval, and export behavior.
- Move to pilot only after IT and the business owner accept the test result.
Tips
- Keep Marketplace procurement and technical setup on the same timeline.
- Test sign-in before user training.
- Use sample documents approved for deployment testing.
- Document every bank-side owner before kickoff.
Troubleshooting
- Marketplace approval is delayed -> Check procurement and subscription approvals.
- Users cannot access Smartflow -> Check network access and identity-provider configuration.
- Documents cannot be stored -> Check storage permissions and data boundary approval.
- Export is not available -> Check whether downstream integration is in scope for the pilot.
