What Is Smartflow?
Smartflow helps your team read loan documents and turn them into structured data you can review and use quickly. It reduces manual work by showing extracted fields with source evidence so you can verify results with confidence.
Before you begin
- You need an active Smartflow account.
- Your administrator must assign a role that matches your work.
- Your documents must be approved for use inside your institution's Smartflow environment.
What you can do in Smartflow
- Upload a document and extract key data.
- Review extracted fields and confirm or correct values.
- Monitor covenant status in one dashboard (coming in Q3 2026).
- Ask plain-English questions and get evidence-linked answers.
How extraction works
Smartflow reads the document, creates structured field outputs, and shows source evidence so a user can review the result. Confidence scores help reviewers focus on fields that need attention. Human review is part of the workflow, so approved outputs are checked before they are used downstream.
How your data stays secure
Your documents and extracted data stay inside your institution environment. Smartflow does not expose your data outside your approved deployment boundary.
